Examination Policy:
Exam copies for Language Files, 10th edition, can be requested on-line by clicking here.

Requests for exam copies must be received on department letterhead. Please indicate the course and projected enrollment. We charge a flat fee of $5.00 for examination copies, which includes shipping. This fee must be prepaid. We have limit of 3 exam copy requests per six-month season.

Desk Copy Policy:
We will provide a free desk copy to any instructor who uses one of our books in a class with a minimum enrollment of 10. Requests for desk copies must be received on department letterhead. Please indicate the course title, enrollment, and the bookstore placing the order.

Book Return Policy:
Books must be returned freight prepaid. Full credit will be issued only for books received in good resalable condition. Invoice must accompany returns.
